Book an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC)
What is an Energy Performance Certificate?
An Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) is a legal requirement for anyone looking to sell or rent out their property. The EPC provides details on the energy performance of the property and what can be done to improve it.

The survey should take between 30 minutes and an hour. These can be done at a time to suit your convenience including evenings and weekends. Our prices are as follows:
Why else would I need to get an EPC?
An Energy Performance Certificate is also required to get the standard rate for the feed-in tariff (FIT) for solar PV. The EPC rating needs to be a band ‘D’ or better otherwise you will need to carry out energy efficiency improvements before you apply for the FIT otherwise you will just get the lower rate of 7.1p / kWh for the lifetime of the tariff
Getting an EPC direct from us is cheaper
To get an EPC for your home, you will need to get an accredited assessor to do the energy assessment. Your estate agent will offer to do this for you, however the price you pay will be considerably higher than the market rate.
